Had some problems in the past with the English site with regards to checkout/placing the order, so i get my thai gf to do the orders for me on the Thai site and it works fine Great service! scott69 Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 I've had very bad experiences with Manoon, especially their call center and the branch at Big C Rattanatibet. Tore up my membercard I was so pissed at them for taking my order (about 3,000 Baht), promising it would be at the branch and then - told they could not deliver becasue everything was not in stock. When you become a member, you also get their quarterly magazine which is 75% sales catalogue but also has a couple of decent bilingual articles.
