Can Anyone Provide Link For Visitor Visa For The Uk

Hi

Taking my wife to the UK this February. Do I need to download and complete the Visitor Visa before we go to the British Consulate in Bangkok or can we do it there? If we do need to download and complete before, would someone be kind enough to provide a link as I'm getting tired of running around in circles on the net. Can't seem to find the form anywhere.
