Is this the bar past the massage girls just off the turn to Chaweng that looks like an auto wreckers? I never knew it was actually a bar. I always thought it was a bike shop. There is a 1970s convertible with flames paint job on the lot, yes? If the car is in good condition mechanically and has the proper ownership papers, I would be interested in buying it.

Anyone know the owner?

Yes. that's it.

I know the car owner and it's not for sale.

Great fun riding in it during Songkran.

Everything has a price ;)

I don't think it is actually on the road much, that old car.

So when is the party? On the 29th or the night before? Is it BYO and you supply the bare-breasted biker babes?

Sorry to hear the news PS. I didn't make it down that far often enough but I loved the feel of the place. Springers was the first bar in Thailand where I rang the bell years ago. :)

So was that really it?

I was 100% going to take the big bike over but aside from the weather being spotty, I was crook. No encores?

Nope, we drunk the bar empty yesterday. drunk.gif

ringing the bell or not, he never shows up to a private party empty handed. gentleman and a scholar imo.

Actually,it might have been the last time. There weren't many people at all but I noticed that people switched from beer to cocktails so it cost more than I was expecting. I'm wasn't the first nor last newbie for that to happen to. :)
