Soi Dao

Featured Replies

A group of us are off to Soi Doa in a weeks time to play golf. We're only staying for one night as people have told us that the golf course is great but there's nothing to do in the evenings. Does anyone know if there is a bar scene somewhere not too far away? If there is, we might stay on a little longer..

BYOB.

A group of us have gone fairly regularly to Soi Dao over the years and it is a "bring your own bottle/bird" situation.

There's a massage place in the town.

Otherwise it's BYO.

My lady comes from there, it is absolutely BYO. The golf course is OK & you can arrange for meals in the restaurant. Very quite place, golfers only so back tp Pattaya asap is my advice

Yes, that's what I was told. It sounds deadly boring. I'll take my WalkMan and get an early nights sleep.

We used to charter a bus with about 3 or 4 foursomes and our traveling companions and travel there early Friday morning. We would play 18 Friday, 36 on Saturday and 18 early Sunday morning.

We always took lots of booze, snacks and had picnics at the clubhouse on Friday and Saturday nights for a very full weekend.

You will need lots of rest but it doesn't have to be boring.
