What a depressing advert for Koh Samui. I wouldn't go there in a million years.ph34r.png

most f the birds a rough! there is allot more tallet else where.

They are just greedy.

they are on a lost cause. they admit their bird is a prostitue. They accept it and they think that if they can get enough money then they can buy a person.

nobody can buy a person. anyone who thinks they can are very foolish.

if they are prostitutes then treat them for what they are. say thank you the next day be politite then tell them to job on a grab another.

The man said he has never been with a whore before in Amsterdam becasue he thinks it is seedy.

a whore is a whore. doesn't matter what style they approach people.

as for Tony married for 4 years. good luck. see whats happening 4 years later.

To think you can find your solemate in a brothel is about the mot stupid of all stupid things that anyone can do. if these people look at themselves on the telly they would probably cringe.

I don't blame the prostitutes.they are just doing their job.

i don't blame the punters as they are not used to this style of sex toursime

but i ain't their mum so each man to himself.

personnally i like 2 ladies at time baby yeah !

I have highlighted one part below. Isn't this true in a lot of cases all over the world? Surely it is not restricted just to Thailand? (My first wife - English, never worked in a bar- left me after 14 years because I did not earn enough money!)

You seem to have a complex. I was not saying to you or anyone that I thought I had more or superior knowledge than anyone else. I was posting my opinion based on my observations, both first hand and otherwise. I apologize if you felt that I was trying to post insightfully, but I find it a fascinating study in rather unusual social behavior. I can't think of any other social behavior that one knows is wrong (and observes this proscription at home) but turns right around in Thailand and does it anyway.

I am sorry your wife left you because you could not provide for her in the manner in which she felt was required. I am aware that there are many situations where the man is expected to earn money to support his family and cannot; however, as you are aware, Thai woman generally equate "take care" directly and immediately with "cash flow in my direction." It is generally a rather blatant service agreement rather than a joint household.

Maybe I am lucky; I have never had a woman outside of Thailand who asked for money, intimated that I ought to "help" her or her family, made any correlation between the money that I made (or didn't have) with the strength of the relationship between us. None of my family or any of my friends or acquaintances have had a relationship that went south because of money (and some have gone bad); is this the exception? When couples in the West have money problems, they usually scramble together to get back on their feet as a couple. As we saw from the video, that one poor lad was late with his money from home and BINGO! sweetie pie drops him like a hot potato.

There are couples in the West who take the marriage vows seriously when it comes to the part about, "To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part."

I can just imagine a Thai woman at the alter hearing that and saying, "Uh whoa! Hang on...what was that part about 'poorer'? I don't remember sticking around with a poor guy being part of the deal. Can we have like a do-over and leave that part out?"

The vast majority of relationships that I am aware of spawned in a bar do not in my mind have the ring of authenticity (I think there are a couple of plays on words there.... ;))

I think it is a complicated subject to get to the bottom of why men think Thai women for rent are somehow better and purer and more reliable (don't laugh) than their counterparts in their own countries.

There are parts in Lamai for sure (at the end the guy gets flipped for another at what appears to be or what is still called Molly Malone's bar), and at some point you see one of the Rat bars as well.

But some of it I can't identify from Lamai, and wonder if it might be up near the airport (whatever that strip is called).

But you are right, the images are not recent.

It IS possible to take the bar out of the girl. Especially if she didn't want to be there in the first place.

High hopes indeed.

Observers who want to end it in tears have their own agenda. qv Roo.

Plenty of happy ending massage parlours. I don't know the best one or I would always go there.

Massage parlour closes at night. Kids go to school in the morning. Bar girl went to school once too.

If a Thai escort girl in London sends you a text at 4am in the morning " Don't you forget me OK" and her Mamasan says happy birthday from her personal phone you either believe it's good business or something more.

Personally I prefer to look on the bright side.

going far to off topic and into areas we cannot discuss , but the above will never happen with thai escort in the UK, they area different class to thai girls in thailand !!!!!

anyway, if you are a firm believer that you can take the Thai Girl out the bar, you still need another couple of years in thailand and you will learn , and most probably the hard way !,

i await your posts in 2014

Thanks Boater. I'm waiting for a TV poster to put us both straight with a sentiment along the lines of a whore is is a whore and class doesn't come into it.

Best Thai Massage Parlour 2014. Let me know if you find it Boater.

Cheers

Chris

Bar girl knows the farang has had previous wives and probably been with other bamboo.

That was yesterday.

Same for her.

I bow to your superior knowledge. Thank you for enlightening me. Unfortunately I have only been in Thailand since 1993 and so I seem to know bugggeer all about the local bar scene here in Samui. whistling.gif

And how many of these modern Western women would run a mile at the sickness part? It may be buffalo love but she will keep that sick buffalo on his feet with love and attention.... at least until he can't be wheeled to the ATM!

Any sensible buffalo would say "If you gotta wheel me to the ATM, this ain't working".

Any thai girl with any respect for herself would say the same.

Some of them do. Some don't.

As anyone who lives here for some time should learn to notice what's not being said or read between the lines, essential for safer living situations - note the buffalo has to be sensible but doesn't require self respect?
