wally1k Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 Does anyone know how long my wife can visit the USA on her tourist visa.? I know it is determined by customs when she arrives in the USA. uptoyoumyfriend Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 6 months generally with visa in passport -3 with visa on arrival also i had the personal experience that i asked at us immigration in the us for an extension of the 6 mth visa ,which by the way i did in writing.i received answer that the case was being considered and this letter meanwhile would serve to legitimize my stay until further notice.which i never got....
