Try the Ratchada area next to the Empress hotel but be careful don't enter the wrong one. The one that charges 1,800 Baht is for extra services, go the one next door, the last time I was there it cost 280baht, don't forget to tip the girl and if you want a good massage don't choose the pretty young ones.

Good traditional Thai Massage

Wat Po....Temple of the Reclining Buddah. Traditional thai massage school. Always top notch. Went in years ago pained & full of energy blockages. An hour later all the pains & energy blockages were gone. Felt 19 again. Been back every time I have been in the country since.(20 yrs) Never disapointed. Please wear respectful clothing. It is not a brothel. An hour was under 300 baht march 2003. Beutiful & powerful temple as a bonus.

enjoy Tongdee

Greetings. If you live in Sukhumvit you have to make uo your mind in what kind of massage you really are up to. For the traditional type I would recommend the CHAOPHRAYA HOTEL (Ratchadapisek, close to Poseidon and same side of the road). The massage is superb and available at B/.300. a tip is a must B/.100 is enough.

For the naughty massage you have plenty of choices. I would recommend a nice experience at Poseidon or a cutie at Caesars. Mirage and Emmanuelle are also good bets. Nataree for a busty chick is also nice. Hope this helps.

If it IS the Traditional (NOT naughty) one you are seeking

Then as already mentioned Wat Po is THE place to go.

Wat Po is behind the Grand Palace - not near Sukhumvit

but it is quite straightforward jouney - on the BTS - Sky Train

to Saphan Taksin - then The Water Bus to pier "Tha Tian"

(Bht 8) for Wat Po.

Enjoy

Roger

So many posts and little on Sukhumvit offered.. :o

You'll be very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the training and mannerisms offered by staff at Preaw Beauty. Find them on the corner of Sukh. and soi 8. Foot massages there are also outstanding. No hanky-panky on premises either, stictly legit.

If you go down to the backpackers area - Banglampoo - there are loads of places and it is much cheaper than Sukumvit. Manmy of them are trained at Wat Po so you get the real deal. I am not going to diclose my favourite one as I dont want loads of blokes going there. But dont fret as there are plenty to choose from. Just walk around the Khao San road area and into the soi's that run off it. Also down behind the temple at the end of Khao San road has quite a few places.
