If not, then find a Thai or farang to help you. Charoen Krung rd Bangrak is the stone district here in BKK. 5 minutes from Patpong in a Tookie or cab. If you're wife is a Thai (isan) then i wouldn't bother. When things inevitably turn sour she will sell it. You wont get your money back. Jewelry in Thailand is the biggest waste of time.
