Not readily available outside of the UK buy easy enough to fake out the IP address. How do I set up a UK address on my Android tab - anyone? I don't know but in my iPad settings there are options to set up a VPN I'm sure there are similar options on Android, that might be an option, if that fails there are plenty of people uploading BBC Progs like QI to YouTube & Daily Motion, my iPlayer App doesn't work outside the UK eithier so VPN or Slingbox are the only other options I can think of.
