Does anyone have any idea of the average per sq metre retail rent on lower Sukhumvit (Soi 1 to Asoke)?

Also can some one recommend a BKK real estate agency specializing in retail space.

Here is what we pay for 3 of our stores...

340,000 Baht for a 2.5 floor double shophouse ( 270 sq.m.)

225,000 Baht for a 2 floor space ( 225 sq.m)

255,000 Baht for a 4 story shophouse ( 280 sq.m.)

Other spaces that I know are

550,000 Baht for 550 sq.m.

350,000 Baht for 175 sq,m.

In Nana Square 3,000 Baht a sq.m. +++

Double Shophouse... rent of 100,000 Baht and 50% of the profits!

Basement area of 250 sq.m. went for 120,000 Baht recently
