Applying For Non B Visa, 2Nd Time

im gonna apply for non B visa for the 2nd time, im currently on ED, when i applied for the first time WP2 FORM was the basis right?

How about for the 2nd time?

do company need to provide list of foreign workers?

this document is only needed for the non B to work permit conversion?

Is it a non-B visa you are going to apply for, ie at a Thai consulate, or an extension of stay for the reason of employment, ie at your local immigration office?
