Just lately i have become more an more curious about the global moderators(no, not in that way!),The other day in the early hours i was looking at a topic that i had previously posted on,i noticed while i was on a post was removed by a moderator.It was about 3am and it got me thinking how does this work,is this moderator in his own country? maybe it is the evening there,or is this guy in Thailand and he is on the morning shift.Are all these guys in Thailand and are they from all the differant english speaking countries,are these guys paid by thai visa or are they part of thai visa,maybe they are a group of friends that started this up. Or maybe they are volunteers and are asked to be a moderator on merit and after say 1000 posts,also how long has thai visa been going and who owns it?
