Now Im staying Thailand for 30 day exemp visa for learning Thai language purpose. After that I want to find a job in Thailand because I'd love to staying here. Im gonna preparing non B visa by service of a Thai person. Its cost over 20,000THB. There will have a company that I dont work for help me to make this non B visa. They said that I can apply for 1 year visa after I have work permit in Thailand. By some experience I read here, I understood the way to get non B visa in Thailand embassy. However, I have no experience before so I still confused.

1. Is this service expensive or not??And will it okey at the end?

2. After I use this service for the first time, how can I renew my visa for the second? Whether I must pay 20,000THB for the second year?

3. Is there any one who had ever used service to make Non B visa before? If yes, please show me some infomation.

Thanks a lots :*

What is this company going to do?

Are they going to issue you with papers to get a non immigrant B visa in a neighbouring country?

Are they offering to employ you here in Thailand and to help get a Work Permit once you have the Non Immigrant B Visa?

Be careful if you will not be working for this company then what they are offering to do may be illegal.

You could end up spending a lot of money and possibly end up with nothing.

For reference the charge for successfuly filing a Work Permit application is 100THB; this would enable you with the correct company papers to apply in a neighbouring country for a 90 Day, Single Entry Non immigrant 'B' Visa.

Once you have obtained the non B visa then the cost of a successful One Year Work Permit issue is 3,000 THB.

After 90 days you will need to go again to a neighbouring country with the Work Permit to apply for a One Year Non Immigrant B Visa, this will also require a number of papers from the company which employs you.

You will have to judge if the extra 16,900 THB is a fair price for the production of assorted company papers; most responsible employers will provide these papers to new employees for free, to ensure they are 100% legal.

If your employer is a large company, then they may also be able to extend the Entry Permission for One Year at your Local Immigration Dept.

Thanks for your kindly helping so much. It is the most detailed answer that I have ever received. I understand that the extra amount of 16.900bath will be the service that their company can help me to receive 1 year Visa in Thailand. Actually I want to receive 1 year Visa in Thailand, no need WP because I dont work for this time. Moreover, I have not find any job here and still learning Thai language. I dont want to take Visa month by month ( go to border every month). So I try to take WP for apply 1 year Visa. As I have provided above, I think the company will provide every necessary document needed for my applying visa process if I accept to pay for the service.

Therefore, I really hope any information and experience from anybody who did the same way before. Thanks a lots!

By the looks of it, you will state that you will/are employed by a Thai company while you are not. That would be illegal and could get you in serious trouble.

Since you appear to be learning, get an ED-visa with paperwork from the laguange school. The visa will give you 90 days and you can extend your stay every 90 days as long as you study for 1,900 baht a time.

That will give you time to find an employer. Once you have one you can get a non-B visa with the correct apperwork from your employer.

They will at least take your money. Any visa obtained by fraud will be illegal so make very sure you are not doing any such thing.

If you are learning Thai there are many schools that can help provide a legal non immigrant ED visa entry for the period of study and these can be extended within Thailand so might be a better option.

If you use this so called company and obtain a Non Immigrant B visa then it is illegal, also the stamp could be forged, upon you applying to work for a proper company this previous stamp could be seen and found out to be illegal, which will give you a short term stay in Jail, until the facts have been found out.

Stay legal, get a Non Immigrant Education Visa, saves the hassle.

Sorry everybody, yesterday I misunderstood of the service. I have just questioned more , they answer that I will be provided ED visa by Ola. Is there anyone who hear about this?? The cost is 16,500BTH for the visa and classes online. After I get visa, I must go to Immigration office every 3 months and pay 1900BTH.

Thanks for your all kindly opinions!

Yes, that's the standard procedure when studying in Thailand.

Step 1: you enrol at a school and pay the school fee.

Step 2: the school gives you the necessary paperwork to go and obtain a single-entry non-ED visa from a Thai consulate in a neighbouring country. On your return to Thailand, you get permission to stay for 90 days.

Step 3: every 90 days as long as you continue your studies, the school gives you the necessary paperwork to apply at your local immigration office for a 90-day extension of stay with form TM.7. The immigration fee is 1,900 Baht.
