I have an interview this Wed and it dawned on me that I'll no doubt be asked about my salary requirements. Curious as to what you think the going rate these days is for a business lecturer with an MBA, long-time exp but no formal teaching experience?

Any guidelines would be useful.

It might be a good idea to talk to another teacher and find out what the salaries are like at the school where you are applying. Do you know anybody who works at the school or knows someone who works there?

alas, don't know a teacher there. In fact, don't know anyone who teaches at an Int'l Univ.

The rates depends on the school you sign with. Also, some schools are requiing the new teachers to agree to do some form of research while they are employed at the university.
