O-A Medical Certificate For Us Citizens

Featured Replies

**Can anyone tell me if I can have the medical certificate for OA on the US embassy site signed off here in Thailand? The form is written in both Thai and English.

How long would the cert be good for 30/90 days after signature to be submitted for visa?

I assume it needs hospital/doctor chops if processed here in Thailand.

Anything else you can provide???

Thanks

Your best bet would be to e-mail the Embassy in WDC and ask them if they accept a certificate issued in Thailand and, if so, how long is it valid. If their answer is yes, you would have a copy of their e-mail confirming that it was okay.

They do not reply to email nor the form on the site.I have tried a few times and get no response. I thought I would try to post this up before having my gf write the form in Thai and if that doesn't get it - to call WDC.

Yes,the plan always was to include the email. Funny how we all know to cover ourselves like this eh? :-)
