Place To Exchange Phil Paso To Thai Baht

Featured Replies

I got stuck with some Paso during my last trip to Manila. Exchange after passport control was closed. Not sure if I ever go back so want to exchange a little over 15,000 Paso in Thailand. Any idea where in Pattaya I can do at a reasonable rate.

Find someone going to the Phillies and sell to them.

Probably the only way. I've had PHI Pesos and Indian Rupees before and the exchangers didn't want them.

I've been stuck with them as well, and the banks simply don't want them. I got a better rate in Singapore but I learnt my lesson.

VASU CURRENCY EXCHANGE at the corner of Sukhumvit 7/1 (Nana). A friend exchanged Pesos there last week.

At a crap rate no doubt because of te huge spread.

A beginners error, this. Whenever I go there I exchange unused pesos to USD at Manila airport. Much more transferrable back in bkk or hk.

I am going to Manila 3 weeks from now, would be glad to give you a fair rate. PM me if interested. I live in Phuket, but we can probably do something via EMS.
