I'm currently in Pattaya and have looked at a few places along the soi's running from beach rd. You can check out Park Lane Resort, Soi Watboon. These are 1 bedrooms. Prices range from 10,000 to 15,000 Baht per month depending on floor/aspect/rental term. Great facilities.
