Went to Phuket Town for my first 90 day report today; did not get anything copied as knew there were facilities there.

Arrived to find a power cut, so no photocopier available.

One of the staff went on his motorbike to get me the required copies, and refused payment.

So big thanks to him.

Wow, aren't they sweeties in Phuket? Maybe this could be moved to the Phuket forum so the immigration folks there are more likely to hear about it.

All of my dealings with immigration have always been on the up and up and no problems, in and out with my stamps. I will knock on wood as it can always change but they do have athankless job dealing with so many people, some nice and others not so nice

I have been doing those 90-day checkins at Phuket Immigration main office at Saipan Hin and never a hassle. The copies for 90-day are a nuisance introduced this past year, but I now just get them at local shop before going (passport picture page, original visa, latest extension, landing card stamp).
