I know they want the photo and personal information pages, but what other page do they want? I read it somewhere as the last visa page... Does that mean my last entrance and exit stamps from Thailand?

I did that last week, they wanted the page with the entry stamp into Laos photocopied, as well as the first page of your passport. They sent me upstairs to get the photocopy done as I did not have that page copied. You need 2 photos.
