I want to ask..

A young child, who born in Thailand, from a Thai mother, and have a two passports ( French & Thai ) and name of father into Thai Birth Certificate it's me as well..

By the way >> I'm not married with the mother, & the child are not legitimized

So, can I leave the Kingdom just me & the baby, without problem with the Thai.. Immigration ? because the mother will not travel.

Because I want to take baby to see my very old father, & grand mum.. they can't travel to Thailand.

Yes, but Immigration will almost certainly ask to speak with the child's mother and/or see papers confirming that this is by mutual agreement.

Wow, ok. But which one paper ?? what's the official way ?

I would carry the birth certificate, a letter from the mother and a signed copy of her ID card and a contact telephone number for her.

Immigration might question you, especially if the children have a different last name than you.
