Headgame
I receive part of my 65,000 Baht monthly income via a regular Western Union transfer. Does anyone know if the Canadian Embassy accepts this towards my minimum monthly qualifying income which is all via transfer to my bank accounts? I have tried calling several times but have not gotten anyone who could answer the question. Thanks for any advice.
cigar7
This is just my opinion - NO it does not qualify for monthly income qulaification for a retirement visa. Those transfers can be stopped at anytime and there is no guarantee that they will continue, unlike a pension.

There is no requirement to show immigration that the money comes here every month.
CharlieH
All that is generally required is the evidence of a payment into your account each month, the origin has no relevance. 3 months bank statements showing "payments in" is usually all thats needed.
