Life In Uk Handbook

Featured Replies

hi.

I am looking at the Thai language edition of the Life in UK test., on ebay,

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Life-UK-Test-Handbook-Thai-and-English-Saengduean-Thompson-/120866055548?pt=Non_Fiction&hash=item1c242da57c

I see the edition date is 2010. I cannot see any later editions.

And the latest English language edition is October or November 2011.

My question is, will the Thai Language edition still be relevant?

Is there a later edition?

Thanks

I too have been looking at this and it seems it is only the 2010 edition

I would be careful buying any books that are not published by the Home Office to make sure you have the correct and up to date information. I know it may be easier having the Thai version, at the end of the day this is a test on life in the UK and will be done in English. My wife got the original books and practise tests, did plenty of revision and past first time. What she did say was the way the questions are asked in the actually test are different from the practise tests so it really is also a test of the English language in a way too.

The official website is http://www.tsoshop.co.uk/bookstore.asp?FO=1240167&trackid=002353

WH Smith also sell them if your in the UK.

Good Luck
