Apart from Nong Khai, what other places can you cross into and out of Laos with a private vehicle?

I'm particularly interested in either entering or exiting via Chiang Rai province

Thought this was going to be a good beer thread.

I haven't been that far North for a few months now, but last time I was there there weren't any bridges under construction that I noticed, and the boats that cross at Chiang Saen are hardly big enough to fit more than a couple of days worth of beer in, let alone a car

It's been a few years since I've been up to the Chiang Khong crossing though, so not sure if anything has changed there...
