March 7, 201214 yr Go to the water office and give them your address. They will back-reference to your meter and you can pay the bill immediately.
March 8, 201214 yr I have lost the bill several times in Bangkok and the water company have just added it onto the next bill with no problems. Once we forgot to pay for 3 months and they came out to the house to turn the water off at the meter leaving behind a note asking us to pay the bill. They didn't disable the meter though so we could just turn the water back on.
