In northern Asia, a fast moving system will move through south of Honshu Thursday morning, bringing a brief period of rain to portions of eastern Honshu, including Tokyo and Mito areas. Farther north, a large low pressure system will bring a chance of precipitation over far northeastern China, eastern Russia and Hokkaido. Precipitation should be mainly scattered and remain on the light side. Moving to eastern China and Taiwan, a pool of moisture combined with a stationary front will continue to trigger light to moderate precipitation across central and southeastern parts of China and Taiwan.
