Looking For A Touring Bicycle In Phuket

My mom is coming over in May and wants to go on a 7-10 day bicycling trip in the region. So I am trying to locate a nice touring bike for her. All that I can find through google or in the shops around are mountain bikes. She is looking for something like this:

She'll also need the bags on the rack (bag on the steer would be a nice bonus, but not mandatory) Does anyone know of a place in Phuket that rents touring bikes + bags like these? Or that can deliver them to Phuket and pick them back up?

Also does anyone know any interesting/scenic routes in the region? She wants to drive about 60-80km per day and then spend the night. She is open to suggestions, but would like to end up in Krabi, spend a few days there and then ride back.
