I'm not an Apple user, but I read a day or so ago in That Newpaper We Are Not Allowed To Quote that some retailers have dropped the price of the iPad2 16GB (WiFi only) to $399 USD.

I think these were Hong Kong retailers, so not sure if that translates to prices here.
