Two questions, how long can you travel outside of Thailand still use a re-entry permit? I am currently in Thailand with a Non-imm O with a 1 year extension good until Feb 2013 and will be traveling outside of Thailand for six weeks. What happens to my 90 day reporting when I am traveling outside the country for the above travel time?

You can use re-entry permit up until Feb 2013 date of current extension (it will be on the re-entry permit also I believe).

You do not report unless in Thailand - so next entry is day one of a new 90 day count.

90 day reports are only necessary if you are physically in Thailand for 90 days. If you leave before your 90 days report date , the clock starts all over again on the day you reenter.. You are responsible for counting the 90 days.
