I am helping my friend to renew his extension of stay for retirement. He plans to apply for permission of re-entry (multiple-reentry). There are two different forms, TM 8 and 13. Whic one should he fill? What are the differences between those two forms.

Please help.

The TM13 is for those with Permanent Residence status.
