Wasn't it started in Greece by the EU? that worked out well Many People are bound by it in the UK and don't even know it . Wagon Drivers especially. you can only work a set amount of hours a week, you get away with working all hours until you have an accident. you can only work a set amount of hours , it does not matter how many jobs you have, with Drivers its 90 in two weeks.
