Apartment/Condo For Rent?

Hello guys,

I am looking for a furnished apartment for rent in Chiang Mai. Preferably in or near the old town.

It should not be smaller than 30 m² and 24h security would be nice.

I also need a stable high speed internet connection.

Any information would be highly appreciated, although the price per month cannot exceed 10k THB.

Can't really comment on the apartment or condo's but I would be checking out how good their internet is and the cost of it.

We have 3BBB where I live but it is not all that reliable so I just bit the bullet and went over to AIS and got their unlimited monthly plan. Had to buy a stick thing to plug in to the computer and pay 900 baht per month but I rarely get cut off and it never goes down for hours at a time.
