Please Help Identify A Little Snake In My Garden

Please see the attached photo and let me know if you have any idea what type of snake this is?

Im thinking along the lines of python but not sure...

Had one lived in the garden for a few weeks. Dog ignored it , we ignored it and it eventually left, I assume when all the frogs had gone !
