I looked for something similar a few years ago and could not find one. I did find one meant for a bicycle horn that had to be pumped up at the high end bike shop on Chang Moi road, but it was while ago, so not sure if they sell them anymore.

They used to sell them at the Chiang Mai FC shop on Chang Klan road, but admittedly I didn't see them when I was in last week, but again I wasn't exactly looking either, may be a good start.

I've been here 9 years and one of the few things I can't get over is the Thai aversion to horns in traffic. I've caused two small accidents simply by tooting my horn to warn someone of impending danger. At the sound of my horn, they lost control. Couldn't believe it.
