Anybody else have this problem ? Since a day or two the wierdests sites are blocked by the Thai government. I cannot look at my hometown's beach or download some music. It has nothing to do with sex, porn or politics so why are they blocking it?

Try deleting cookies,I know as soon as you log onto the site it generates another ,but allows some time on line. They are doing this with a site I like too

Why do you say it's the Thai govt? Were you redirected to a webpage which specificantly said the Thai govt was blocking the site? If not, you have another problem causing your issue.

Last night I did have considerable difficulties accessing many innocuous overseas sites. Seemed 9 out of 10 I could not get to, no messages just timed out. My VPN connection to the US would not initiate either. Thaivisa and local sites seemed to be no problem. I switched over to my spare modem/router and the problem cleared. Probably a reset of my main WiFi router would have cleared it but have not switched modems back to recheck. That suggests to me a routing issue either the tables in the modem or elsewhere.

This is on 3BB Chiang Mai and the first time I've had that significant of an access issue to other sites. This includes all my US based e-mail accounts were not accessible so not just web based issue, that is not a cookie problem.

This was last night and have not had a problem since so perhaps the OP can power down the modem/router for a few minutes and try again if he is still experiencing a problem.

It is the Thai govt the 3bb guy confirmed it as to the sites I sometimes tune into.It occurred this time last year lasting a few weeks
