Hi guys,

My big sister is keen to spend a week in Phuket with her 14 y/o daughter.

She is looking for a Resort to stay thats family friendly, within walking distance to Patong Beach and the resort will idealy have a swim-up bar in the pool.

Im not sure of her budget.

All suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, DuangJitt is good, also location is nice (just ignore the timeshare touts on the way to the beach).

But: why Patong, I would seriously consider other places like Kamala, Karon or Kata.

My family and I have just returned from Phuket after a short stay at the Deevana Resort in Patong.

Nothing but praise for the place. Clean rooms, excellent staff, 2 pools and walking distance to the beach and Soi Bangla.
