Could anybody point me to a clean guesthouse, small hotel, bungalows with decent size pool, clean, friendly and affordable, walking distance to beach an advantage, for an extended stay in Kata and/or Karon. Also, when is Songkran in Phuket, how bad/wet is it? As rough as in Pattaya? Also, is the sea still ok for swimmming middle of April? Thank you. ER.
