Tax Return----Who Knows This?

Urgent! Help !

A friend told me, she met a lady the other day. That lady said: she read a news from newspaper , saying now can return tax for buying condo. So the lady went to her agent, and got some tax money back for her 1 room condo. She did not reveal much info but said one should go to ask the agent, and the returned tax money is not so little！！！

Now the lady is back to US and my friend could not contact her for details.

I asked our agent but they say they don't know this and need to check this up.

So, hereby, I ask, anyone of you has also read this news? Any more detailed information?
