Basil B
Probably not. You could always put a notice up, stipulate your business is top notch and has very high standards, and only persons with a lot of experience at top saloons with exemplary references would be considered, (good for you business image). Downside is you will probable get loads of time wasters who are unsuitable, you could pin up a notice at one of the supermarkets, at least if it is some distance away many of the deadbeats wont bother coming down to pester for a job. But I presume you hope by using an employment office they would only send suitable applicants? remember "This Is Thailand" more like for good jobs the only applicants would those that were related too or bunged a couple of grand to these who work at any employment office. FarangBuddha
Maybe make contact with the beauty schools on Klang and Tai...that you have an opening. Of course, new graduates will have little to no experience.
gmac
There is an employment office behind Big C Extra in the row of shops etc in the road leading out the back entrance towards 3rd Road. May well be the Pattaya Job Centre mentioned by LennyW above.

KirillStorch
There is a newly opened employment agency (I forget the exact name) about 100 meters from the Sukumvit/Soi Chaiyrapruk intersection, on Soi Chaiyapruk. If you turn right off Sukumvit onto Soi Chaiyapruk going towards Jom Tien beach, it will be on your left-hand side, >100 meters from Sukumvit. Manpower, but i think they specialise more in contract labour etc for big companies.
WinnieTheKhwai
How about the good old Labor Department office? It's in Chonburi town I believe, not sure if there's one in Pattaya now.
