Sound like things have changed a lot since I lived there 5 years ago. Does anyone know of the recently opened Akaryn Resort. Down toward Choeng Mon. Is it 100% complete, is there other constructions in the vicinity? Does it have any sort of reputation good, bad, indifferent?? Or can some of the esteemed members recommend a good resort, private pool villa would be nice. I know it's a buyers market and I'm sure she'll find a good property for the money.
