Sorry, I can imagine this has been asked and answered to many times already, but I just can't find it in a search.

What do I need (buyer) to get my name in the green book.

More importantly,

What do I need from (seller) to change the name in the green book?

I do understand an appreciate that one DLT office is totally different from the next, but there must be a rule of thumb for this.

I've heard that many westerners get the bikes in Thai names spouse, friend or boss because it's "easier".

What do I need from the thai owner?

Thanks in advance!

You as the buyer, will need a certificate of residence (from immigration) and a copy of your passport. The seller needs a copy of his/hers ID card (assuming he/she is a Thai). That's about it. smile.png
