Just wondering how long a letter takes to arrive when sent from a place in Chiang Mai to another place in Chiang Mai? Is there a general rule for this?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
