Kids Friendly Village Or Condominium At Pattaya

Featured Replies

Dear all,

Would like to move to Pattaya with my son of 8 years old..

Our budget is 15000 till 30000 BHT a month.Rental...atleast 2 bedrooms

We look for large village or large condo building in Pattaya..

Needs have facilities as communual pool, playground etc etc..

Nice if more children are living there and playing outside sometimes with the age group 7-11 years and if children are also talking eng/thai..

Does anyone have some suggestions..If this is completly some compound for mostly foreigners then i be interested aswell.

Best greetings,

Flakes

Central park 4 and Cantral Park 4/2 are good secure, well maintained villages with play areas for kids.

you should find something within that budget. CP4/2 I know especially well and there are 4/5 families there with kids

that all seem to play well together
