Just thought i would let people know (20 hours notice, sorry) that tomorrow morning 11am there will be a large group of Kawasaki owners heading from Kawasaki HQ on Rama 9 (with a police escort) to the Motorshow.

Entrance is free, lunch is free and there are even some giveaways at the end of the day...

Sorry for the Google translation:-

-On April 8, 2555 at 11:00 am we will gather at the Rama IX, Kawasaki, I gathered together to drive to the motor show. This has led police to train. I like it.

- 12.00 with lunch. The Kawasaki Rama. Rice is not the same, it's free.

- For it is not easy to meet Rama. I can drive to meet me face to face, we will be prepared at the show if it is not just the activities of Kawasaki.

-13.00 Off spec train heading to Challenger, Muang Thong Thani, with the police led the procession.

-14.00 To the registration page. Get your tickets to the neck and into the evening party.

-16.00 To have a stunt show. At the same venue here. Health and well I love it.

-17.00 Dinner - activities enhance the relationship between the friend on the Kawasaki.

- The giveaways here. I like it.

- Food availability is not the same.

- 19.00 finish.

See you there :)

Will Suzuki ever sell the V-Strom in Thailand? Would be a worthy rival to the Versys smile.png

It's a very fussy looking motorcycle. Not visually appealing like the Er6n.

I'd say that generally speaking the people buying V-Stroms and Versys don't really care about the looks of their bike. Neither is going to win any beauty contest wink.png

The V-Strom and Versys are a step up from the ER6n in terms of suspension and the V-Strom 650 has received rave reviews and generally seems to have a slight edge over the Versys in terms of suspensions, handling, brakes, engine, transmission, etc.

Like the Versys it's not really designed for serious off road, but in reviews it's said to handle better off-road than the Versys.

Anyway, it's probably a moot point since if it were ever sold in Thailand it would probably be near double the price of the locally manufactured Versys is certainly isn't worth the price premium.

Hands down the best V-Strom review in the world (and it doesn't matter if you can't speak French) ;)
