hhfarang
There are booths all around downtown sponsored by various banks... plus plenty of ATMS everywhere you look.
true blue
thanks for reply, but what i was looking for was a money changer, for foreign currency, with far better rates than the usual bank branches.
GavinK
Just ask at the local police station and they'll point you in the right direction...
true blue
Just ask at the local police station and they'll point you in the right direction... very strange answer to a straight foreward question, maybe not very financial aware in hua hin to rest of los.never mind will go and look for my self. hhfarang
I'm guessing that that "strange answer" implies that those back alley money changers you are looking for are illegal operations. Probably better to stick with the bank booths. You can get the rates from all the major banks in the following link so that you know which one is the best at any given time... http://bankexchangerates.daytodaydata.net/default.aspx
UKJASE
the ones on the soi in the centre of town where burger king is situated always seem to offer competitive rates
true blue
propaly should have been more expliceted, with op it was super rich offices i was looking for,we have 4 in cnx,and you get far better rates exchanging forex, than the major banks, can not see why the bank branches can not give you same rate, banks for you i suppose.ps hhfarang what are back alley money changers, been in los 15 years and not heard of them, but willing to learn something new any time. hhfarang
To my knowledge, the closest Super Rich to Hua Hin is in Bangkok.
