Maybe shes feeling less stressed? Whilst shes away might be worth having a good think about what turned her into an "old nagging hag". Usually women turn into "nags" if they are dissatisfied in some way (sometimes justifiably, sometimes not. Sometimes not even about the thing they are nagging about). Maybe its something that can be rectified when she returns. Then you will get the lovely and sweet woman at home as well as away.
