Guns, drugs and stolen items seized in Pattaya crime suppression operation

PATTAYA:--Five people have been arrested and a collection of drugs, guns and stolen items have been seized by Banglamung Police in a pre-Songkran Crime Suppression Operation conducted around the Bangamung area.

Police Lieutenant General Panya, the Commissioner of Region 2 Police led a press conference at Banglamung Police Station on Wednesday afternoon to announce the arrest of the 5 individuals aged between 20 and 42. They were caught in separate operations which resulted in the seizure of 990 Yabba Tablets, 83.1g of Crystal Methamphetamine, 4 guns and 201 bullets. A stolen CCTV system was also seized.

The general thanks Banglamung Police Chief, Police Colonel Somnook and his team for their continued successes in suppressing crime in the area
