kawapower
I have looked but can not find any where so a quick question and this thread can be closed. If you are married to a Thai girl and you die does everything you have automatically go to her? or do you still have to have a will? Thanks for any answers and yes I am sure it has been discussed before but it is quicker just to ask!!
petercallen
I do not know the answer in Thailand but you do not have to employ a law firm to write your will If you wish your wife to have your assets when you die just write it down your self and have 2 independent people witness it with signature and addresses
Slaps
They normally have it before you die .
petercallen
One thing i forgot to mention is that when you and the witnesses sign the document you must put the date next to your signatures, then if you ever want to write a new will that will be your current will Edited April 12, 2012 by LivinginKata font corrected

petercallen
Anyone who would like a free copy of a will form which is an effective legal document if completed in accordance with the instructions, its an Australian document but is fine for any democratic country PM me,you can write your own will and save a lot of money
