Dried Fruit

Featured Replies

We will be leaving for the USA in a couple of days and my wifes friend asked us to bring her some dried mangoes and dried macams. I know fresh fruit can't be taken but will we have any problems with the dried/processed fruit?

If you get the dried fruit that is in the machine sealed bags thats fine. I brought home guava, durian, jack fruit and mangos last time i went home. Zero issues, now the fruit from places like tops where its just scooped into a loose bag I cant comment on.

No problems, put it in checked luggage. I have never had problems, even when my bags were opened and inspected. I have also shipped them Thailand Post and no problems.
