April 16, 201214 yr HELP! I am from New York City (sorry about that!!!!), and I own a Rolex Datejust. I am having a prolem with it since I had a new crystal installed on 47th Street in my home town. Yipes! Anyway, I am back a my home in Koh Samui, and desperately need (as close to desperate as a Buddhist can be!!!!) a watch repair shop that I can send it to, and expeditiously and economically get it repaired, and returned. OK... I'm ready for fellow expats stating that "if you own a Rolex, you shouldn't be worried abot money, etc....". but after we're done with that, I WOULD appreciate some help! I had two of my rolex's repaired there a while ago - but it was hand carried and picked up in person. Also, there are other authorized watch dealers on the Rolex brochure that may repair your watch. April 17, 201214 yr rolex is not my thing but you would be well advised to only take it to auth dealer - no exceptions. there is a shop in penang that also sells rolex - woul dtrust them more than thailand. then there is kuala lampur and where i would go - singapore. your parts are very coveted, be careful. trust an ad. siam paragon are only dealers - they will just ship it out and charge you more.
