The building is tired, the prices are 59sqm condo 2.3 mil baht. The office made the story "last one"... For rent, studios go 15K baht + marked up electricity and water. Appears, they have already opened the new airport and a Singapore like new city. Sorry, to much for Bang Na. From the place to On Nut it took from 14:15 to 15:05 drive, Friday afternoon. The ones around the Central Bangna complex are dating fast, and I pity the people who bought there during the peak of the mid-90's.
